'trialogue with the self'

This object is an invitation to a trialogue between the artists past, the present and the future. This work addresses the fact that play is not often included anymore because it‘s not seen as beneficial because everything has to make sense to us and to others. Things have to be rational and they have to be beneficial to society and to serve a certain purpose in order to be valid. The combination of the materials confronts the artists relationship between responsibility, profit, fantasy and play. In the process, the chair transformed into a tool to confess and to apologize to the former self and a critic to the adulthood.
